My trip to Kenya in 2024 was amazing.

I discovered the vibrancy of Africa and the struggles of its people. The continent has so much potential but it is weighed down by conflict, internal corruption and a lack of vision.

The West can help by investing there but they are reluctant. They just want cheap resources.

The Chinese have beat them there. The freeway that connects Nairobi's Airport to the center of town is a magnificent concrete structure that was built by the Chinese.

Same with the lovely train that I took from Nairobi to Mombasa.
