Water Treatment Project Manager Greater London
Introduction
My name is Rami Elias Kremesti, I am a CIWEM chartered water treatment project manager. I have been working in this field for over 20 years. I have worked with all kinds of water treatment systems including clarifiers, filters, ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, disinfectants, UV systems, sewage treatment systems and chemical dosing and analysis systems. I am also familiar with anaerobic digestion systems.
Experience
I have managed teams to complete water treatment projects in record time. One of the main factors that delay projects are contractors dragging their feet to charge more money. This will not happen under my discerning eye. Another factor is bureaucracy: if the decision making process is diluted, where by non-competent people are consulted for their opinion, the project is delayed. These people need to removed from the decision making process.
Water treatment projects are strictly engineering projects and need to be managed by engineers not quantity surveyors, MBA type project managers or bla bla people. Nepotistic hires are the bane of any project or company for that matter. Projects need to be managed by technocrat people with merit, humility and honesty.
Disciplines Covered
I have managed water treatment projects through the design review phase, construction, commissioning and operations. By far the most challenging phase is commissioning. This is where you need competent electrical, mechanical and chemical engineers and experienced project managers. This is where accidents happen. This is where real problem solving occurs.
If you have a water treatment problem and need a solution, you have come to the right place. We can help you select the right process and the right contractors to complete the project. Throughout my career, I have worked with some of the biggest, most professional water treatment contractors in the world. Trust me to bring this wealth of experience to your project.
