The cure is also the source of pain… and pain is the cure…. Love comes with a knife… that is what the Sufi poet Rumi meant… Jesus suffered on the Cross… three days later after visiting the land of the dead he rose again… this could mean simply that death is an illusion… i teach my kids that when you die your body becomes earth, worms, birds, insects, a cow, another reincarnated human being… they are all alive….
It might sometimes feel that love is impossible in this earthly life, unattainable, too much, too painful, too sweet… it always ends up in heartbreak or some kind of addiction…. but u know when u experience its sweetness, that love is the ultimate reality or some kind of deep taste of it…. that words are too weak to capture….
They talk about the Word the Logos in Genesis…. that is the Mind, consciousness…. the Holy Spirit that is love, that is feeling….
Marriage doesn’t work most of the time because the married couple are not enlightened… Can the man see the beloved goddess in his wife… can the woman see the Male principle without wanting to emasculate it?
